(We have a wonderful TTL Team. In order to protect instruction time, please contact Mrs. Woods in the library regarding new, broken, lost or stolen chromebooks.)
New students, please stop by the library to see Mrs. Woods in order to get a new chromebook assigned to you. If Mrs. Woods is not in her office go to the front desk in the library to get help.
If your Chromebook is not working please bring it to the library to Mrs. Woods. in the morning before 8:30 AM if at all possible. You will be issued a replacement. Come back at the end of the day to pick up your replacement. If you bring a broken Chromebook later in the day you may need to pick up a replacement the next day. If Mrs. Woods is not in her office go to to the front desk for help.
You are completely covered by HCS insurance to have your chromebook replaced for normal wear and tear. Remember insurance doesn't cover damage due to negligence (such as running over it with your car or punching it).
Here are the steps you will take when you bring your Chromebook to get a replacement:
Follow the same steps listed above for broken Chromebooks.
You MUST bring the broken charger to get a replacement to prove you didn't lose it.
If your Chromebook is lost please see Mrs. Woods in the library right away.
Here are the steps you will take when you report your Chromebook is lost:
Replacement cost of lost or stolen charger is $20.00.
